WebLaptops break in 6 months! DELL INSPIRON 14-5420. Bought a DELL INSPIRON 14-5420 for Business in June 2024 and it keep breaking! Sent for repair in Feb 2024 and broken again in April. Terrible laptop, power issue and wifi module issue. The product is useless and Dell refuse to refund it! Avoid Dell! I'll review the product on Dell.co.uk as well! WebExceptional customer experience.
