I don't have anywhere near enough essences to make min-level shards to get that high, I'm only at 170 or so. That's a definite yes, as long as you're bumping the appropriate categories (acid for GOO, radiance if you have Utterdark Blast, etc.) and follow the stacking rules for DDO. WebHm, since disappearance of ghostbane random loot, I haven't seen or noticed ghost touch random loot. For low lvl I use cannith crafted, from lvl 9 this cloak, lvl 15+ - ring of the stalker. Also there are lvl 11 gloves from OOB, which may be easiest to get, till stalker ring. And ofc. there are few low lvl named weap. with ghost touch. Webdownload a multi touch tester app I used this. first do some testing yourself see if you can spot the issue. now do 3 finger swipe down (phone will take screenshot) now randomly touch your screen with 1 or 2 fingers you’ll notice 1 or 2 ghost touches.
