WebAug 17, 2024 · According to wowhead: Mm = Blood BM & MSV = Unholy. That is for ST. I am not sure about aoe. However, I do know that the bonuses only work in Raid, Korthia, and Choreghast. What I suggest for m+ is to remove the leech and speed shards and replace them with the damage shards. That way you get the 3 damage bonuses from the shards.
